There was only one - no two - things wrong with Onomichi Guesthouse: the
mosquitoes - and the aircon didn't function properly/the door wasn't closed. The
result was that you couldn't even hide under the sheet - it was too hot. And
there were a hell lot of mosquitoes!!!
I feel I haven't slept at all, but I had a dream. It was about some japanese
workers, who were going to hammer some big wooden constructions together. They
were really clever.
One more variation over the theme breakfast japanese style. Two rice triangles (home
made), one with something inside, one with a salted surface, two grapes, miso
soup, marinated vegetables and a cup of tea.
I knew from the start it was going to be sheer count down. Without going into
details I just want to say, it was awful - not to say horrible. But once more I
survived.
The days only photo: The rice has been cut and hung up - manually?
The road ended in a T without any hint of where the center was. Had to ask one
at a 7 eleven. The station was to the right at least. And I found it. And K's
House, where I've just emtied the second cup of tea and eaten two of the cakes I
like so much. They're called Margarine and Maple, but it's normally not obvious
(to me), so it's not honey but maple syrup there's inside. Margarine might not
sound very pleasant, but they taste good.
It's 6.40pm and I've had a shower, shopping, washed clothes, dried and folded and after that eaten the main course and a desert. So now I'm finished for the day. Totally finished...
